How should I pay for my order?

We accept payments using protx (in combination with AIB Bank) and paypal. We also accept payment via bank transfers upon completion of your order you will be sent a email with our bank details once the funds have cleared in our account the products will be dispatched to you.

Do you accept orders over the phone?

Currently we are not accepting telephone orders but if you have any issues with ordering online then please use the contact us facility on the site to let us know of the issue you are having.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to anywhere within Ireland using Fastway Couriers.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch all orders within 2 working days of being received (in most cases orders received before 10am go out the very same day). You will then receive your order within 1-2 days from the time of dispatch. Please note that in busy periods this time may vary.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a email with the details that you order has been dispatched you should then receive this order the next working day. If for some reason you do not receive the shipment then please inform us using the contact us facility on the site quoting your order number and we will track it for you.  

What happens if not all the items I order are in stock?

We always try to keep all items in stock but unfortunately we sometimes run out of stock, should this happen after your order is placed you will be informed via email. If you wish to ship the order partially and then the remaining items once they are back in stock a new shipping charge will have to be imposed for the shipment.

What if I receive my order and something is damaged?

Upon receipt of you order should anything not be completely satisfactory then please email us immediately on customerservices@Gstore.ie referencing your order number and we will look into this issue for you.

What if my order is not delivered?

Standard delivery is normally within 3 working days however please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If you have still not received your parcel after this time please email us on customerservices@Gstore.ie and we will investigate the issue for you.

How do I place a bulk order?

Do you have a service for local collection?

At the moment we do not have the ability to offer a local collection service all orders need to be processed through the online store and will be dispatched to you with our couriers.
