All of our shipping is handled via fastway couriers. Once your order is collected from our depot you will be informed via email that the package has left. If you require a tracking number please respond to our email requesting it.

We aim to ship all deliveries same day but in some instances there may be a delay in shipping your product, if this should occur you will be informed via email. All our shipments are fully insured up to €400.

A daytime contact number is required for all deliveries and it will need to be signed for so please ensure that someone will be available to accept the package. Fastway will make three attempts to deliver to your location leaving a note each time and after the third failed attempt the package will be returned to Gstore (shipping costs will not be refunded in this case).

Our shipping rates of €5.99 are inclusive of VAT and are subsidized by Gstore.ie. These rates are applicable for all of Ireland.

We are constantly looking at ways of reducing our shipping cost so if you are a courier and have something that we may be interested in then please let us know.

Please note that if a telephone number is not supplied we will not issue the package for delivery, we will send you an email requesting this number and the package will remain with us until it is supplied. Our couriers will refuse to deliver the package if a contact number is not supplied.
